Also included in this new image disclosure appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory. The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million. These photos suggest he had formulated development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir. You can see the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner. This development map is marked up in red pen markings and includes a notes section detailing various parts of the land. Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, including layouts for boat shelters. Further images disclosed as part of the current oversight disclosure.
